Mission:

Assist youth at-risk, ex-offenders (formerly incarcerated persons) returning to society and provide alternative education and workforce development for the low and moderate income members of the community.

Our mission is achieved through:

Our Vision:
To empower the residents of greater Dallas and Collin counties with services and programs that enhances their lives.

Our spiritual goals are:
• To share the love of God,
• To present the Gospel of Jesus Christ
• To express the meaning of faith, and
• To show the power of Prayer

Our Strategy:
•To use crisis intervention as leverage to minister the life- changing gospel to at-risk families or family members.
• Focus on socially, economically and spiritually disenfranchised families, and
• Target at-risk adolescents, and teenagers from the minority community

Our overall objectives are:
•To encourage, train and support local churches in building their capacity to more effectively minister to at-risk youth, formally incarcerated persons in transition, and their families.
• To increase the at-risk youths' and the formally incarcerated persons' level of attachment to social institutions in the community, thereby reducing their likelihood of resorting to anti-social behavior.
