Operation Oasis operates it's prison re-entry programs
through a new program titled: CROSS (Community Resource
One Stop System). CROSS
headquarters is located in the Bill J. Priest Institute,
1402 Corinth Street, Suite 219 & 221,
Dallas, TX 75215. Bill J. Priest is also a campus site for
El Centro College. Formerly incarcerated persons can secure
employment, housing, and other essential services through enrollment
